What is the booking and cancellation policy?

To book your event, a deposit is required to secure the date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date are fully refundable. For cancellations less than 90 days prior, partial refunds may be considered based on circumstances.

Yes, we offer comprehensive audio-visual services, including sound systems, LED screens, and lighting equipment.
